Salon & Spa Policies

  • We require an approved credit card on file to reserve your appointment. (Online, over the phone, or in person all require approved credit card on file.)

  • We respectfully ask for notification of a reschedule or cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. We will charge the full amount of the unkept appointment before you are able to book your next service with us.

  • If excessive last minute cancellations or no shows occur, we require prepayment for future appointments.

  • We accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard. We gladly accept personal check, given we are shown a valid drivers license that matches the Name, Address and Phone number that is listed on the front of the check. Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.

  • While we do accept Visa, Discover MasterCard, check and cash for payment of services, if you would like to leave gratuity, it must be done by a separate check, cash or Venmo. Gratuity can not be added to a credit card.

  • We have created a tranquil and relaxing environment for our salon and spa guests. In order to retain a comfortable environment for everyone, we ask that unless children are receiving a service or there is another adult present that is not receiving services to supervise them, they not be brought along to your service.

  • Children under 13 are not allowed in the spa.

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a supervising adult while receiving services in the spa.

  • As part of our team philosophy, we invite and encourage clients get to know and use the varied points of view and skills of more than one team member.

  • Cell phones and other electronic devices must be silenced while in the salon and spa. We ask that talking on these devices be kept to a minimum while receiving services in the salon, and not at all while in the spa.

  • We will gladly accept any product returns for retail credit only, provided that they are only used once and returned within 15 days of original purchase date. We do not accept returns or exchanges on equipment, special order items or sale items. Gift Certificate purchases are not eligible to be refunded.

  • We are not responsible for personal items or garments. Please do not keep personal items in areas where damage could occur.
