First and foremost, if you are running a fever or not feeling well give us a call, we'll happily reschedule your appointment. 

  • Arrive early for your appointment, give us a call when you park and we will coordinate when you may enter the building with a return call or text message from our booking system.

  • Be sure to leave any non-essential personal belongings behind, as coat closets and storage areas will not be available.

  • Upon entry to the building: 

    • All guests are required to wear a mask. If you are unable to due to an underlying respiratory concern, please communicate that to us prior to your arrival, it will help us put other guests at ease if they are to express concern. 

    • If you have forgotten your mask, we may have the supply to provide one for a charge of $2.00. If that supply is exhausted we will reschedule your appointment. 

    • We will ask you to immediately wash your hands or use hand sanitizer, which will be provided upon entry. 

    • We will take Guest’s temperatures, we may also ask a few standard questions concerning your current wellness and travel history. If guests’ temperature is at or over 100.4 degrees, we will reschedule your appointment.

    • You must arrive alone for your scheduled appointments, no additional persons will be permitted entry.

  • While your service is in progress:

    • Practice social distancing of 6 feet while moving through the Salon. 

    • We will do our best to check-out your services and retail to limit the amount of guests in the building at one time. 

    • We will also work to rebook your next appointment. We may ask you to give us a call when you return home to rebook over the phone.

    • All magazines and reading materials have been removed. 

    • Our coffee bar and tea have been removed. Water (cold and hot) will be available with disposable cups; we ask you to retrieve and dispose of your own cups. No food or drink will be allowed, unless necessary for health concerns (diabetics, etc). In this extraordinary case, please ensure the beverage container is sealed/closed. 

  • All guests will have a surcharge of $3.00 added to their bill to offset PPE costs.

  • Your typical service prices may vary (particularly color) based on the amount of additional time, product and quality of work required to complete them. 

 

Rest assured we are doing everything within our control to maintain the safest and cleanest environment possible, a core value Rob Rivers The Salon & Spa has always set as top priority. Service providers will be equipped with PPE, as will our desk personnel. We will be requiring any team members who feel unwell to remain at home, same as we will ask of our guests. Our reception areas have been upgraded to provide an acrylic barrier for additional protection. We are scheduling additional time between services for each work area to be sanitized and reset to standard. We have reoriented our hair stations to provide ample distancing between guests and workers. In observance of state guidelines our business is at 75% capacity. As we do take walk-ins, we do encourage you to call and book an appointment before hand.
